Instructions for Crab dip
- Preheat oven 10 180℃Combine the crabmeat, garlic, pickled jalepeños, grated feuerkäse, Worcestershire, hot sauce, salt, mascarpone and cream cheese in a medium size mixing bowl.
- Toss mixture gently to mix
- Spoon the mixture into baking dish
- Sprinkle grated Parmigiano, covering the crab mixture evenly
- Bake until golden brown and bubbly, about 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let sit/set for about 10 minutes before serving.
Instructions for Garlic Croutons
- Preheat oven to 200℃
- Prepare a sheet pan with a layer of parchment paper
- Brush both sides of slices with olive oil and place in spaced layer on the sheet pan
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes, flipping the slices at the midway point for even toasting
- Remove from oven and rub peeled garlic evenly on one side of each slice of bread--garlic will melt onto the warm toasted pieces
- Sprinkle with a bit of finishing salt and freshly ground black pepper as desired
- Serve with the crab dip for a perfect taste and texture combination
